Job Description
We are seeking a remote Credit and Collection Specialist to manage accounts receivable, assess credit risk, and recover outstanding balances while preserving customer relationships.
Key duties: monitor customer accounts, contact clients to negotiate payment plans, prepare statements, update records, and escalate complex cases to finance or legal teams.
Qualifications: 2+ years in credit or collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel and CRM tools, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
