Job Description
We seek a proactive Customer Service Virtual Assistant to handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve customer issues, and maintain CRM records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities: respond promptly to customers, track tickets, escalate when needed, process orders, and provide product information. Requirements: 1+ year customer service experience, fluent English, internet access, and basic CRM knowledge. Extra: familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk.
