Job Description
As a Training Supervisor, you will lead and mentor the training team to design, deliver, and improve employee development programs. You coordinate training schedules, assess learning needs, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities include creating curriculum, coaching trainers, measuring training effectiveness, and reporting performance metrics to management. You will collaborate with HR and department leads to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in training/learning roles, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with LMS and training evaluation methods.
