Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Helpdesk Agent to provide timely support to patients and medical staff. You will answer calls, triage inquiries, schedule appointments, and document interactions in the patient management system.
Requirements: excellent communication skills, basic medical terminology, experience with helpdesk or customer service, empathy, and ability to work rotating shifts. Familiarity with electronic health records and HIPAA compliance preferred.
