Job Description
Staff4Me seeks a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing and collections for ~170 customer portals representing $500K–$1M monthly revenue. You will upload invoices into client portals (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Transcepta, Aeroxchange, Jaggaer, Exostar and others), conduct audits, resolve disputes with Customer Care, monitor aging reports and support collections. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST. Requirements: 2+ years AR and portal invoicing experience, familiarity with listed platforms, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple accounts independently, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Background checks may be required for some portals.
