Job Description
Join Spectre Teleservices Manila as an on-site Chat Support and Data Entry Specialist. You will handle chat/non-voice customer inquiries, accurately update internal records, resolve issues professionally, and collaborate for continuous improvement. We offer Php20,00–25,00/month, HMO from day one, allowances, bonuses, 13th month pay, paid training, paid time off, and career advancement. Full-time, 8-hour shifts, weekdays only. High school graduates and fresh grads welcome; BPO experience is a plus. Must be willing to work onsite and attend on-site interviews.
