Job Description
Join Hire Hangar as a Customer Support Specialist (AI). Work 8am–4pm EST managing 100–200 daily eCommerce support tickets using AI-assisted platforms. Review, edit, and approve AI-generated responses for order updates, returns, product questions, and shipping issues; ensure accuracy and brand voice; flag edge cases. Use Shopify and integrated e-commerce tools and ticketing systems. Require 2–3 years customer support experience (eCommerce preferred), excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn AI tools. Weekend availability (Sat & Sun) and US business hours required. Bonus: experience with DTC brands, Shopify, Gorgias, or Richpanel.
