Job Description
Seeking a proactive Collections Representative to join our finance team. You will contact customers to collect overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, document interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, basic computer literacy (CRM/MS Office), and the ability to meet collection targets. Prior experience in debt recovery or customer service is preferred. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and a results-oriented mindset.
