Job Description
409 Central Hub in Mabalacat, Pampanga seeks a Guidance Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, psycho‑vocational assessments, career guidance, life‑skills and mental health programs, and to coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies. Maintain confidential counseling records, evaluate programs, and support student discipline through counseling interventions. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling (or related), Licensed Guidance Counselor, counseling/assessment experience preferred, strong communication, interpersonal, testing and digital documentation skills. Full‑time. Salary Php18,00–20,00/month. Benefits include health insurance, paid training, pay raises, company events, Christmas gift, and free parking. Work location: in person.
