Job Description
We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. You will manage calendars, prepare briefs, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include arranging meetings and travel, drafting communications, handling confidential information, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion.
Requirements: 3+ years executive support experience, excellent communication, strong organization, discretion, and proficiency with MS Office and calendar tools.
