Job Description

We are seeking a friendly Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide accurate product and service information. Responsibilities include logging interactions in the CRM, meeting quality and performance targets, escalating complex issues, and contributing to customer satisfaction. Candidates should have strong English communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, basic computer literacy, and a high school diploma. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
