Job Description
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will monitor regulatory changes, implement and maintain compliance policies, conduct internal audits, coordinate employee training, and liaise with regulatory bodies. You will prepare reports, support investigations, and recommend process improvements to mitigate risk. Required: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years in compliance or related field, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication. Familiarity with AML, GDPR, or industry-specific regulations is a plus. This role demands integrity, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
