Job Description
KAIROS LABORATORIES & DIAGNOSTIC, INC. seeks an Operations Manager to provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership across all KHMG Clinics. You will oversee daily and long-term operations, ensure compliance with policies, regulations and quality management systems, and act as the Quality Management Representative driving audits, process improvement and service excellence. Requirements: bachelor’s in Nursing, Medical Technology or related (master’s preferred); minimum 3 years management in healthcare; 5 years healthcare experience; strong leadership, problem-solving, training and communication skills; must be able to work in Manila and Pasig. Full-time, on-site. Salary from Php40,00/month.
