Job Description
We are hiring a Benefits Administration Analyst to manage employee benefit programs, enrollments, and communications.
You will process enrollments, maintain records, resolve benefit inquiries, coordinate with carriers, analyze data, and support open enrollment activities.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in HR or benefits administration, strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and clear communication skills.
