Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Category Data Analyst to drive category performance through data-driven insights. You will lead analysis of assortment, pricing, promotions, and sales trends; build dashboards and forecasts; and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply teams. The role requires 3+ years in retail analytics, proficiency in SQL, Python or R, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
