Job Description
We are hiring a Tax Transformation Manager to lead tax modernization initiatives, drive process automation, and ensure compliant, scalable tax operations across the organization.
You will manage end-to-end transformation projects, collaborate with finance, IT and external advisors, implement tax technology (ERP, tax engines), design controls, and coach a small team to deliver timely results.
Ideal candidate has 7+ years in tax or consulting, strong project management, data and analytics skills, and professional qualification (CPA/CTA) or equivalent.
