Job Description
The Retail Sales Associate is the frontline representative of Onesimus Corporation, delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise in our formal wear retail stores. Responsibilities include daily sales, merchandise handling, inventory control, store planning, safety and maintenance compliance, and cash management. This full-time, permanent role starts with a 6-month probation, with rotating mall shifts (opening/mid/closing). Requirements: high school graduate minimum, computer literate, amenable to shift work; retail experience is a plus. Compensation: Php550/day plus incentives and paid overtime. Benefits include employee discount, health insurance, and promotion opportunities to permanent roles.
