Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Operation Manager for our e-commerce division to oversee fulfillment, inventory, and last-mile delivery. You will lead operations teams, optimize warehouse layout, manage carriers, and implement KPIs to improve delivery speed and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in e-commerce logistics, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with WMS/TMS, and a results-driven mindset.
