Job Description
We are hiring a Banking KYC Supervisor to lead the Know Your Customer team, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee customer due diligence. Responsibilities include supervising KYC reviews, approving high-risk cases, maintaining AML/CTF standards, coordinating with compliance and operations, and reporting escalations. Candidate should have 3+ years KYC experience in banking, strong knowledge of AML regulations, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and team leadership abilities. A bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or related field and proficiency with compliance software are required.
