Job Description
The Mall Supervisor oversees daily mall operations, ensuring safety, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination between tenants, security, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, supervising staff, handling incidents, supporting events and promotions, and monitoring facility standards. Requirements: minimum 2 years in retail or property management, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and availability for flexible shifts; diploma in business or related field preferred.
