Job Description
Probe CX seeks a Team Leader to manage Contact Centre agents, ensuring service levels, quality and productivity. You will oversee daily planning, floor operations, scheduling, call monitoring, coaching, performance appraisals and reporting. Act as liaison between management and team, resolve escalations, recommend product/process improvements, and support agent development to deliver superior customer experience. Requires 2+ years’ Team Leader experience, customer service/sales/escalations background, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
