Job Description

Spectre Teleservices Manila is hiring a Gaming Support Specialist for an onsite, full-time One-Day Hiring process. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, troubleshoot player issues, follow scripts, update customer records, and collaborate with teams to provide excellent customer service. Open to high school graduates and candidates with or without BPO experience; strong phone etiquette, clear verbal and written English, and multitasking skills required. We offer competitive pay Php20,00–30,00/month, shift flexibility (day/mid/night), pioneer accounts, incentives and signing bonuses, paid training, health and life insurance, and career advancement opportunities. Work location: in person.
