Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications. Respond to user issues via ticketing, email, phone, or in person. Provide training, monitor systems, perform maintenance, document incidents, and troubleshoot hardware/software and wired/wireless networks. Qualifications: BS in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; 3–5 years in Technical Support/System Admin; familiar with desktops, laptops, printers. On-site, shift work. Full-time. Pay: Php20,00–25,00/month. Work Location: In person.
