Job Description
We are hiring an Online Booking Agent to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. Key duties: manage incoming/outgoing calls or chat/email, provide accurate information and solutions, document customer interactions, maintain professionalism, meet performance and quality targets, and collaborate with teammates. Qualifications: high school graduate (college a plus), good English and/or Filipino communication, willing to work in Pasig City, available for shifts, basic computer skills, customer-oriented and a team player. Full-time, in-person role. Salary Php18,00–27,00/month. Staff meals provided. Ideal candidates are positive, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
