Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to manage chat and email inquiries, delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic customer responses.
Responsibilities: handle multi-channel communications, resolve issues, document interactions, escalate complex cases, and meet quality and response-time targets.
Requirements: excellent written English, 1+ year in customer support, familiarity with helpdesk tools, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail.
