Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Mall Manager with a Bachelor’s in Operations, Business Management, Marketing, or related field and minimum 2 years’ experience. Responsible for daily mall operations, profitability, policy enforcement, tenant and supplier management, leasing negotiations, facility maintenance, safety, customer experience, reporting and assigned tasks. Required skills: administration, leasing, negotiation, communication, customer service, decision-making, attention to detail, multitasking, professionalism and integrity. Must work six days/week, holidays and extended hours as required.
