Job Description
The Paralegal supports lawyers at Xentro Malls’ Legal Department in Marikina City, conducting legal research, fact-finding, drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents (shareholder agreements, IPO materials, stock option plans), and preparing formal legal communications. Duties include due diligence on property acquisitions, notarizations, filing and liaising with government agencies, maintaining legal records, and assisting with labor cases. Qualifications: degree in Law, Legal Management, Paralegal or Juris Doctor coursework; 1–2 years paralegal experience; working knowledge of labor law, contracts and regulations; available to start immediately and willing to work in Marikina City.
