Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage vendor invoices, process payments, reconcile statements, maintain the AP ledger, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires 1–3 years of AP experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities include invoice validation, payment runs, resolving discrepancies, preparing AP reports, and supporting audits.
