Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage financial operations for residential and commercial properties, including rent roll reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reporting.
Responsibilities: prepare ledgers, reconcile bank statements, process invoices and tenant charges, assist budgeting and year-end audits, and maintain accurate property financial records.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years in real estate or property accounting, proficiency with accounting software, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
