Job Description

We seek a Full-time, in-person Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee assigned restaurants and lounges, implement strategies that satisfy owners, staff and guests, and maintain Radisson standards. You will coordinate set-ups and closures, confirm daily specials with the Executive Sous Chef, coach staff on service and presentation, inspect outlets, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure check control, sanitation and safety. The role includes orienting and training employees, assigning priorities, recommending development, and providing performance feedback to support a high-performing team and excellent guest experiences.
