Job Description
Responsible for all administrative and office activities for the pastry department. Tasks include collating daily production reports from chefs and inputting data into the current system, preparing weekly market lists for daily purchases, and creating general storeroom requisitions as cost forecasts to be completed by chefs. Additional duties: Microsoft Word and Excel processing, creating presentations, filing, and supporting daily operations. Job Type: Full-time. Benefits: paid training and staff meals provided. Work Location: In person.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
