Job Description
The Accounting Associate will maintain company financial records: record sales, receivables and collections; purchases, payables, other income/expenses and miscellaneous transactions; monitor and reconcile inventory and update records from purchases, production and deliveries; prepare monthly balance sheet, income statement, sales and accounts receivable reports (including aging) and weekly bank reconciliations; coordinate with external auditors and perform other duties as required. Qualifications: BS in Accountancy or Business with accounting subjects (CPA an advantage); experience preferred but not required; proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; willing to be trained. Full-time, in-person; salary Php15,00–25,00/month; health insurance included.
