Job Description
Join us as an Operations Supervisor responsible for managing daily operations, supervising teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring service quality and safety. You will coordinate schedules, monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and liaise with cross-functional teams to meet targets. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations or supervisory roles, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and basic reporting tools. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Ability to work under pressure, coach staff, and enforce compliance is required.
