Job Description
We are hiring a Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu execution, inventory, staff scheduling, training, and food safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen, strong leadership, cost control, and excellent communication skills. Duties include managing food quality and consistency, ordering and stock rotation, enforcing hygiene standards (HACCP/local regulations), mentoring cooks, optimizing labor and food costs, and collaborating with front-of-house management. Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain a fast-paced environment required.
