Job Description
Goobne Philippines seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to supervise back-of-house operations in BGC. The full-time, in-person role requires a vocational diploma in culinary arts or food safety, minimum 2 years as a line cook, and preferably experience with Korean cuisine. The leader will train and manage kitchen staff, assist across stations, enforce cleanliness and food-safety protocols, monitor inventory, forecast ingredients, ensure accurate deliveries, control ingredient usage, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to improve procedures.
