SapientBPO – Novaliches is urgently hiring Customer Support – Airline Ticketing Agents for onsite Metro Manila roles. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, update records, escalate issues, and stay current on policies. We offer fixed weekends off, competitive salary (Php17,00–25,00), monthly commissions, pioneer and non-voice accounts, HMO with two dependents from day one, paid leaves, OT and holiday pay, 13th month pay, retirement/life insurance, fast-track career growth, incentives, signing bonuses, free coffee and biscuits, and paid training.
