Job Description
We seek a Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations at SM Lanang Supermarket, Davao City. Responsibilities include driving sales, coaching staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing inventory. Requirements: college degree or higher, 5+ years store manager experience in retail/food, immediate availability, and willingness to work on-site. Full-time position with monthly pay Php30,00–Php35,00. Benefits include paid leave convertible to cash, health and life insurance, emergency loan after one year, employee discounts, incentives, commissions, paid training, promotion opportunities, and pay raises. In-person work; managerial experience required.
