Job Description
Join us as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Design call monitoring formats and standards, evaluate calls, and track team quality metrics. Use monitoring systems, join internal and client listening programs, deliver actionable insights, lead calibration sessions, coach leaders and prepare quality reports. Requirements: 2+ years international call center experience, self-driven, intermediate computer skills, multitasking and strong communication. Full-time on-site.
