Job Description
Afni, Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician to perform inspections, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, UPS, FDAS and genset systems, and conduct preventive maintenance. Duties include scheduled inspections, parts replacement, servicing equipment, and ensuring safety and code compliance. Candidates must hold a vocational diploma, TESDA certification, at least 2 years’ related experience, and hands-on civil, electrical and mechanical skills. HVAC, plumbing, UPS, FDAS and genset experience, troubleshooting, safety awareness and teamwork required.
