Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead sales operations, achieve targets, manage customer relationships, and coach a sales team across convenience stores. You will analyze results, develop distribution and account plans, monitor competitors, execute market promotions, conduct business reviews, and lead daily pre-takeoff meetings and in-field coaching. Requirements: Business graduate with at least two years in FMCG and people management, experience in General and Modern Trade, professional driver’s license (A/B), own motorcycle, and complete statutory documents (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, NBI or Police clearance).
