Job Description
ACE Medical Center seeks a full-time, in-person Occupational Therapist to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs and design evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive-device training; educating patients and families on home programs; coordinating care with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and social workers; maintaining accurate records; and contributing to quality improvement and interdisciplinary case reviews. The ideal candidate updates goals based on progress, provides emotional support to enhance engagement, and stays current with best practices. Additional duties as assigned.
