Job Description
The Gastro Club Co. seeks a proactive Executive Assistant (Hybrid). Full-time; Monday–Saturday midshift (flexible). Responsibilities include presiding and taking meeting minutes; reminding the executive of deadlines and schedules; managing cash-in/cash-out and Cash for Remittance (CFR) reporting in the Accounting group chat; processing fund loads via designated portals; and ad-hoc tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills, time-management, organization, initiative; GoTyme account ideal but not required. Fresh graduates with a strong track record are welcome. Compensation from Php16,00/month. Benefits: Work-from-home options; in-person presence required as needed.
