Job Description
As Site Lead you will oversee daily site operations, supervise and mentor on-site teams, ensure health and safety compliance, manage schedules and resources, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders, and monitor quality and budget targets. You will drive performance through clear communication, problem solving, and timely reporting to senior management. Required: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years’ experience in site or project management, proven leadership and team-building skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and familiarity with safety regulations. PMP or similar certification and proficiency with site management tools are a plus.
