Job Description
Seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will develop HR policies, maintain employee records, support training initiatives, and advise managers on HR matters. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 2+ years HR experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills. Familiarity with labor laws and HRIS is preferred. Proactive, confidential, and team-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.
