Job Description
Join VXI Global Solutions in Davao City as a full-time Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist. You’ll ensure efficient staffing, accurate forecasting and schedule adherence for contact center operations. Candidates must be college graduates (fresh grads welcome if competencies are met) or have at least 1 year contact center experience for external applicants; internal applicants must be regular employees with no outstanding disciplinary records and 97%+ attendance. Required: proactive problem-solving, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and WFM tools (IEX preferred). Must be adaptable to variable shifts and committed to a customer-focused, high-growth team culture.
