Job Description
100House Clark seeks a Cafe Supervisor to manage F&B operations at Clark Parade Grounds, Pampanga. Responsibilities include taking orders, cashiering, assisting food service, coordinating front- and back-of-house daily, ensuring cleanliness, and resolving customer complaints. This full-time, in-person role requires a college degree, at least two years’ experience in cafe/restaurant supervision, strong organizational and management skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. On-site parking is provided. The supervisor will lead staff, uphold service standards, and ensure a positive guest experience.
