Job Description
The Retail Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running daily operations of our Brand Retail store, driving sales targets, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You will lead and motivate a team of Retail Sales Experts, manage inventory accuracy, financial transactions, and ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and safety standards. This full-time role offers Php33,00.00–Php35,00.00/month, on-site work, and benefits including company events, health insurance, and potential promotion to permanent employee.
