Join our team to manage day-to-day front desk operations and member interactions at Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio Highstreet. You will lead FOH controls, execute MOD shift checklists, manage Exerp club systems, and perform sales (individual membership targets 5–10%, commissionable). Responsibilities include member reactivation, retention, collections, resolving guest complaints within 48 hours, ensuring branded collateral, overseeing membership administration, cash till checks and deposits, and delivering proactive engagement with high-risk members to guarantee satisfaction. Full-time position; Pay Php20,00–25,00/month. Benefits include company events, employee discount, gym membership, health insurance, paid training and promotion opportunities.
