Job Description

Probe CX seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle customer contacts as sales and service agents. You will complete training, master product/service knowledge, tools and CRM, and develop listening skills for varied accents. Responsibilities include fast, accurate typing and multitasking, following call scripts, applying effective questioning, offering solutions and upsells, resolving issues, following hold/transfer protocols, and maintaining a positive customer experience while meeting AHT targets. Meet client and company KPIs, comply with procedures, observe punctuality and quality standards, complete tasks assigned by your Circle Leader, and perform other reasonable duties as required.
