Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions. This role partners with business units and reports to the CFO.
You will build financial models, manage monthly close and variance analysis, prepare management reports and presentations, drive long‑term planning, and streamline FP&A processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, familiarity with ERP/BI tools, strong analytical, communication and team leadership abilities.
